What instructions should I follow before a nurse takes my blood?
Arrive fasting and drink only water in the morning.If you have purchased the Women's Hormones test, please schedule your blood draw for days 3–5 of your menstrual cycle (counting from the first day of your period) to ensure the most accurate results.
What should I bring for my blood draw?

How often should I get tested?
For a comprehensive overview of your health, we recommend doing a complex blood test at least once a year. If you are addressing a specific health issue, tracking a lifestyle change, or monitoring progress, we recommend retesting every 3–6 months.
