What if I can’t collect enough blood during my at-home sample collection?

The sample cannot be analyzed and you will need to repeat the collection. Email us at [email protected] and we will gladly advise you on next steps or a replacement collection by a nurse.

How soon after the at-home collection do I need to send the blood sample to the lab?
