- Register the sample in the app by scanning the code.
- Warm your hand before collection, disinfect a finger, use the lancet, and fill both tubes up to the upper fill line.
- Close the tubes, shake them several times, and place them together with the completed lab card into the pouch and box.
- Shipping instructions are in the app and in the email.
For men’s bundles that include PSA measurement, please avoid ejaculation and prolonged cycling for 24 hours, as this could skrew the results.
