Sending samples for Macromo tests to the laboratoryUpdated 5 months ago

For each Macromo test you undertake, the sample must be dispatched to our laboratory for analysis. Here's a streamlined process to follow after you've registered your kit. The Macromo mobile app will also guide you through the entire process.

Step 1 

In the app, you will be asked to fill out your shipping address. 

Step 2

You will have the option to order a free DHL courier to pick up your sample.

Step 3

Select a specific time and date for the pick up and the application will generate a return shipping label for you.

Step 4

Print the label and attach it to the black card box. 

Step 5

The courier will arrive at your scheduled time and location, simply hand them your sample with the attached return label and everything else will be taken care of.

Shipping from DHL Service Point

You have the option to drop off your package at one of the convenient DHL Service Points. By using the DHL Locator, you can easily find the nearest location to you. This flexibility allows you to choose a drop-off point that fits your schedule and location, ensuring your package is dispatched securely and efficiently through DHL's trusted network.
