- Please initiate your return within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in the original packaging.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Send the item at your own expense to Macromo s.r.o., Českomoravská 2408/1a, 190 00 Prague, and share the parcel tracking link with us.
- Once the return is delivered, we’ll inspect the item. If approved, we’ll issue a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method used at purchase.
