If You Have the Original Box: Look for a label on the side of the box—it has the same barcode as the one on your test tube. Simply scan this barcode using the app to register your test even after you've sent it. It's a quick fix to link your test to your account!

Don't Have the Box Anymore? We've got you covered. Our lab team is on the lookout for unregistered tests.
