- First register the sample in the mobile app by scanning the barcode on the tube.
- Before collection, generate and print a DHL return label in the app (or choose drop-off at a DHL ServicePoint where they will print the label).
- Do not perform the test within two weeks of taking antibiotics or within seven days after a fever or gastrointestinal issues, as this could skew results. Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours before collection.
- Using the sterile swab, collect a stool sample as instructed, break the swab into the tube, and close it to activate the stabilization liquid.
- Shake the sample several times.
- Place the tube in the pouch and box and send it according to the instructions in the mobile app.
