Starting from August 4th, Macromo offers in-person testing services at selected collection sites. This guide will walk you through the entire process from purchasing a test to receiving your results.

What are In-Person Tests? In-person tests are laboratory tests that require professional blood or sample collection at designated healthcare facilities. Unlike at-home tests, these are performed by trained medical staff and offer comprehensive health screening options.

Complete Process Overview:

1. Purchase Your Test
   • Open the Macromo app
   • Navigate to the test catalog
   • Select your desired in-person test
   • Complete the purchase process
2. Access Your Test Details
   • Go to the "Health Data" tab in the bottom navigation
   • Find your purchased test (it will show today's date)
   • Tap on the test to view details
3. Prepare for Collection
   • Review the information card showing where and when to go for collection
   • Note any special preparation instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.)
   • Locate the barcode displayed below the information card
4. Visit the Collection Site
   • Arrive at the designated collection facility
   • Show the barcode to the medical staff (tap to enlarge if needed)
   • The nurse will scan the code into the laboratory system
   • The sample collection will be performed
5. Receive Your Results
   • Results will appear directly in your Macromo app
   • You'll receive notifications via:
     • Email notification
     • Push notification in the app
     • SMS message
