Sample Registration in the App

Download the mobile application Macromo from the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, create a user account. Register your sampling kit by scanning the barcode on the collection tube using the scanner in the Health Data section of the app.

Preparation for Sample Collection

Do not eat, drink, or smoke 30 minutes before collecting the sample. Open the collection tube and screw the funnel onto it. Be careful not to spill the stabilizing fluid inside.

Sample Collection

Fill the collection tube with saliva up to the marked line of 4 ml. After collecting the sample, close the tube with the cap and gently shake it five times.

Sending the Sample

Check that you have registered the sample in the app. Place the tube with the sample in a plastic bag. Information for sending the box can be found in the Macromo mobile app and in the email you used for your user account.

The tube contains a stabilizing solution. It is harmful if swallowed and irritates the skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. If contact with the skin occurs, wash with plenty of water and soap. If it comes in contact with the eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. If wearing contact lenses, remove them if easily possible. Continue rinsing. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
