- First register the sample in the mobile app by scanning the barcode on the tube.
- Before collection, generate and print a DHL return label in the app (or choose drop-off at a DHL ServicePoint, where they will print the label for you).
- For 30 minutes before collection, do not eat, drink, smoke, or brush your teeth.
- Fill the tube with saliva up to the 4 ml mark, close it, and shake gently five times.
- Place the sample in the pouch and send it according to the instructions in the app and in the confirmation email.
